Overgrown lot, a fence line full of brush, or a backyard that's turned into a thicket? We clear it, haul it off and leave ground you can build on, fence or mow.
Brush, trees and debris are pushed up with a skid steer or excavator, loaded and hauled away. The ground is left rough-graded and ready for the next step.
For thick brush and small trees, a mulching head grinds everything in place into a layer of mulch. It's often faster and cheaper than hauling and helps hold soil on slopes.
If you're building or adding a driveway, we clear, then cut and fill the ground to a level pad. See site prep and pads.
Small residential lots typically start from about $1,500. Larger or heavily wooded lots are usually priced per acre, typically from about $2,500 to $6,000 per acre depending on how thick the growth is, how many trees and stumps there are, and whether material is hauled off or mulched. See the price guide or call (817) 701-7074.
Some cities protect larger trees, and clearing next to a creek or flood area can have extra rules. Check with the City of Arlington if your lot has large trees or sits near a creek. We'll point out anything that looks like it needs a check at the estimate.
A typical residential lot with brush and small trees takes one to two days. Heavily wooded acreage takes longer.
Yes. Stumps can be pulled out with the root ball and hauled off, or ground below grade if you'd rather not have holes to fill.
Yes. Mark the trees you want to keep and we'll clear around them carefully.
It's either hauled off to a disposal site or mulched in place. Hauling costs more but leaves bare ground. Mulching leaves a layer of wood chips.
Tell us your address, what you need dug, cleared or graded, and a photo of the area if you have one. We'll come out, look at access and soil, and send a clear, itemized estimate.
